Australia’s First Nations-owned startup - The Imagination Collaborative-is expanding into the UAE using 3D digital twin and drone-mapping technology to pre-model large-scale events such as concerts and sports venues. A digital twin is a real-time, data-driven virtual replica of a physical space or system, allowing organizers to simulate layouts, optimise crowd flow, and resolve issues before actual construction. This approach reduces costs, improves coordination, and enhances safety in event management.

This case showcases how trade support agencies and strategic agreements can enable minority entrepreneurs to scale globally.
