What is Special Campaign 5.0? → A DARPG-led, month-long administrative reform initiative that operationalises the principles of Swachhata & Efficiency. Conducted annually every October (preparatory phase 15–30 Sept; implementation 2–31 Oct), it targets record management, grievance resolution, space optimisation, and rule simplification across the Union Government’s entire apparatus.

Relevant Question for Policy Stakeholders:
How can India convert these campaign-cycle efficiency gains into a continuous reform mechanism, ensuring that “waste-to-wealth,” e-waste circularity, and grievance dashboards remain active year-round across ministries and states?
