From 28 to 30 September 2025, the Ministry of MSME has organised MSME Seva Parv-2025: Virasat se Vikas at Varanasi. presided over by Union MSME Minister. Over 1,500 beneficiaries of schemes such as PM Vishwakarma, Khadi & Gramodyog, PMEGP, and NSSH are participating, and an exhibition-cum-sale of 130 stalls will showcase products by artisans and craftspeople. The event will also include the distribution of loan certificates, margin money subsidies, and toolkits to beneficiaries.
A MoU between Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) and National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) was signed to expand marketing support for artisan products.
Seva Parv highlights the government’s focus on artisan-led MSME growth, reinforcing Vocal for Local and rural industrialisation agendas. By linking KVIC-NSIC collaboration to market access, and combining it with financial inclusion measures, the event strengthens India’s push for resilient micro-enterprises.
