Startup India-DPIIT Signs MoU with CarDekho Group to Boost Startups in Mobility and Fintech

The Startup India initiative under Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CarDekho Group to strengthen India’s startup ecosystem in mobility, fintech, insurtech, and emerging technologies. The collaboration aims to accelerate the growth of DPIIT-recognized startups through mentorship, market access, technology infrastructure, and funding support.

Startups will benefit from CarDekho’s diverse platforms, including CarDekho, InsuranceDekho, and others, facilitating strategic collaborations and customer reach. The partnership also plans innovation challenges under the Bharat Startup Grand Challenge to promote entrepreneurship in electric mobility, auto-tech, and sustainability sectors.

The MoU further includes skill development initiatives for founders and startup teams, leveraging CarDekho’s network and resources, aiming to enhance entrepreneurship and technology adoption in key industrial verticals.
